We put our knives through the ringer on a daily basis. This knife is the closest I can get to my favorite knife that is no longer sold. My favorite knife is by Guy Ferreti santokus knife with a rocking blade.
It is a nice size all-purpose sized work horse that is easily sharpened between chopping and dicing. It comes nice boxed and won’t break the bank.
