Menu must be submitted not later than 2 weeks before your event. No menu changes will be accepted after this time frame.
Nonservice events must confirm their counts by Sunday starting in July 2023 instead of Monday. Our suppliers requires us to give them more lead time for our orders.

TRAYS - ADVANCE ORDER
Need 1/2 trays of Mac an Cheese? Pulled Pork? Call in advance to place your order. All tray orders are made in advance. We need at least a full day in advance to shop and prep your trays. Some items, such as piggies, require more time. Please call.
Available:
Wednesday and Friday
Saturday - Call For Availability On Saturday. May not be available during peak hours due to events off-site.
Wednesday: Order by Monday for Wednesday
Friday: Order by Wednesday for Friday
Saturday: Availability varies. Please inquire.
If you are placing an order more than 5 days in advance, you MUST confirm your order! We have many clients order weeks in advance. Your order must be confirmed within 5 days prior to your pick-up.
Do you take last minute orders? Yes, we do. Please call to inquire about items you would like to order. Items that need advance ordering from our supplier or items that require long prep time may not be available for last minute orders.
If you are placing an advance order to reserve your pick-up date and time, you must confirm your final order 5 days prior to your pick-up. You can add, change or reduce your order. If there are no changes, you still need to confirm your order.
Example: If you place your order 2 weeks in advance, you must call to confirm your order 5 days prior to pick-up.

PAYMENT
Common catering payment questions.
Advance payment is expected before event. Payment terms are based on nature and scope of your event.
We prefer cash because we do not incur credit card fees.
Credit cards accepted:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover and JBC.
Orders over 400 USD are subject to a credit card convenience fee of 3.5 % to cover fees charged by credit card processors.
We only accept checks from clients who have paid via check in the past.
Yes. We can send you a link. However, email is NOT 100% guaranteed you will receive it due to email filters and corporate fire walls.
Yes, you can pay in person. You can pay upon arrival. We will let you know if your order needs to pre-paid in advance.
We accept company check or business credit cards. We do not charge a surcharge for credit cards. VISA - MASTERCARD - AMEX - DISCOVER - JBC
We accept organization's check and company credit cards. We do not accept personal credit cards or personal checks as payment.
PA Sales Tax exempt form is required at the time of sale. If you do not have the form at the time of sale, sales tax will be charged. You will have 5 business days to produce the form in person to receive a refund of your sales tax. No exceptions will be made after the 5 business days.
SCHOOL DISTRICS: We accept terms from School Districts. Please provide you exempt information and your accounts payable contact information.
You need to reach out to us. There are mobile text filters and email filters that may prevent you from receiving our message.

INGREDIENTS
Common catering payment questions.
We process tree nuts, peanuts, wheat that contains gluten, dairy, egg, soy, shellfish, ect.. on shared equipment. Allergies are not limited to this list, and you can be allergic to anything. Please discuss your allergy with us.
Do you offer gluten free items? Yes. Please inquire. We can offer several products gluten free for your guests.
If you are in need of a special diet entree or sides, please let us know. We can accommodate single portion items for your special dietary guests.
Do you offer vegetarian dishes? Yes, we do. We can accommodate single entree dishes.
Do you offer vegan entrees? Yes, we offer individual portions for your vegan guests.
