Our pork shoulders are smoked for 10 hours over smoldering wood.

Our chicken is cooked low and slow on our Alabama Pit.

It took 7 yrs. to perfect our secret blend of flour and spices before it was put on our menu. Each piece is hand breaded and fried.

Marinated boneless chicken that is grilled over charcoal.

10 hour smoked pulled pork bbq. Smoked with a blend of hickory, cherry, and apple.

We cook our chicken on our Alabama Cooking Rig over a fire. We use oak and hickory.

Our oven baked or wood-fired chicken is kissed in our home-made Apple Jack BBQ Sauce.
