At our catering company, we take pride in our delicious homemade food and authentic entrees. With over 20 years of experience, we specialize in making authentic recipes from classic cuisine. Dumping processed food from a frozen bag is simply not our style!
Ingredients Count! We meticulously hand roll our meatballs using 100% beef and stuff our own chicken breast. Our southern fried chicken is carefully floured and fried by hand using our secret recipe. It took us 7 years to master our flour blend of seasonings and spices before adding it to our menu! Our homemade side dishes perfectly complement our entrees, and we offer a variety of options to suit any taste. Our specialty is authentic BBQ, which we cook on our Alabama smoker on wheels. This traditional cooking method infuses our meats with a smoky flavor that is simply irresistible.
